The Design/Build team of Klar and Klar Architects, Inc. along with David Nelson Construction worked together complete this new facility for the Town of Belleair that included creative designs reminiscent of the various monuments found throughout the Town. Klar and Klar Architects and Interior Designers also included multiple offices, workshops, parking and wash bays for Solid Waste Fleet, locker rooms, training/break room, storage facilities, fleet parking and gated access as well as a recycling center for the Town’s residents. The stained concrete floors, cabinet and furniture finishes, and use of paint color selections add excitement to reflect the industrial and organic nature of the different functions within the facility.
