Description
Klar and Klar Architects is working on renovating 18,000 square feet of an existing 23,000 square foot building for PACE’s needs and with the capacity for future growth. This building, when completed, will be the new home for PACE in Broward County. Currently, they are operating out of a small tenant space in downtown Lakeland, and are in need of a larger space to accommodate their growth in the surrounding community.
