Designed to be a zero-energy facility, this Emergency Operations Center is a fully functioning facility in the event of a natural disaster. The design includes a large community center for public meetings along with fire and rescue offices. It also has complete living, working, and recreational facilities, including a theater room, for up to 10 firemen per shift.
