Description
Designed to be integrated into the existing campus, this facility boasts a 30kw solar photovoltaic system and ‘cool’ roof. When constructed, it was Pinellas County’s most energy efficient building, with over 35% of its energy provided from solar. In fact in 2010, monthly energy bills averaged less than $200!
Awards
HEP received the Business Beautification Recognition Award by the City of Clearwater and Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce. The award recognizes HEP’s efforts at making significant improvements to their property, as well as, contributing to the surrounding community’s sense of place. Specifically, HEP was recognized for its Service Center Building designed by Klar & Klar and constructed by Bradley Construction.
